Orders and Payment

Shipping and Fulfillment

Police Gear Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, supplier processing delays, or delays occurring after a package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Multiple Supplier Shipments

Because Police Gear Co. uses multiple suppliers, a single order may generate multiple shipments and multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping cost, carrier selection, processing time, and delivery speed may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling each item.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility may vary by product, supplier, manufacturer, and product condition.

All returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Customers must contact Police Gear Co. before returning any product.

Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and parts included.

Returns may be denied if the item is used, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, altered, installed, restricted, custom made, special order, final sale, or otherwise ineligible under supplier or manufacturer policy.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to an approved fulfillment error.

Customer return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an approved error by Police Gear Co. or the supplier.

Some returns may be subject to supplier restocking fees, inspection delays, or return shipping requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation
