PGC Return Policy
Return Policy
Police Gear Co. offers products from multiple suppliers and manufacturers. Because of this, return eligibility may vary by product, supplier, and product condition.
We will work with customers whenever possible, but all returns must comply with the applicable supplier, manufacturer, and Police Gear Co. return requirements.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless a different return period is listed on the product page or required by the supplier.
Items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and parts included.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Because some products ship directly from suppliers, return addresses may vary by item. Sending a return to the wrong address may delay processing or prevent the return from being accepted.
Non Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items that have been used, worn, installed, altered, damaged, or modified
Special order items
Custom or made to order products
Clearance or final sale items
Personal protective equipment, armor, ballistic products, medical products, or safety related items where return restrictions apply
Items missing original packaging, tags, parts, manuals, or accessories
Products restricted by supplier or manufacturer return policies
Supplier Fulfilled Products
Some products are fulfilled directly by third party suppliers or manufacturers.
For supplier fulfilled products, returns may be subject to that supplier’s return policy, inspection process, restocking fee, or return shipping requirements.
Police Gear Co. does not control supplier return approvals, supplier inspection timelines, or supplier specific restocking fees.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error by Police Gear Co. or the supplier, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to an approved fulfillment error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Police Gear Co. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the supplier, product type, packaging condition, or reason for return.
Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated when the return is reviewed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, supplier inspection timeline, and order status.
Exchanges
Exchanges may not be available on all products due to supplier fulfillment.
In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the correct product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with the supplier or manufacturer to resolve it.
