Police Gear Co started in a basement with a simple goal: build better gear for the people who rely on it. As a firefighter-owned and family-run business based in Mishawaka, Indiana, we understand what it means to put your gear to the test. From the start, we’ve focused on delivering tough, purpose-built equipment that holds up on the job.

What began with hand-made holsters has evolved into a full-scale manufacturing operation. We now operate out of a dedicated facility, producing duty gear and accessories trusted by officers, first responders, and agencies across the country. Every product is built in-house — no outsourcing, no shortcuts — just gear that works because it’s made by people who use it.
